Most weekly mowing plans fall between $168 and $349 per monthly payment, depending on lawn size, layout, obstacles, and route efficiency. Larger or more complex properties may be priced higher.

New clients reserve their place on our mowing route with an initial payment that is applied toward the seasonal total. The remaining balance is drafted through equal monthly payments during the mowing season.

Because our services are route-based and structured as seasonal programs, pricing varies depending on property characteristics and route availability.
If we notice issues while starting up the system, we’ll let you know what we found and what we recommend. The activation service itself focuses on turning the system on and verifying basic operation.
In some cases, very quick diagnostics may be possible during the visit. However, repairs, parts replacement, or more involved troubleshooting are not included in the activation price and may require a separate service visit.
Any additional work is performed only with client approval and billed separately for time, labor, and parts as applicable.
No. Irrigation services are available to both current clients and new standalone irrigation customers. You do not need to be on our mowing route to request sprinkler service.
No. Sprinkler activations are scheduled by route and service area rather than exact appointment times. We provide the best arrival window we reasonably can, but timing can shift depending on routing and earlier service visits that day.
The fastest way is to submit an activation request online. This allows us to gather the information needed to place your property into the next available route for your area.
Because overseeding without proper lawn preparation is usually not a good value for the client. We prefer to pair it with services that improve seed-to-soil contact and overall effectiveness.
