Minimum service call: $119
Parts are billed separately as applicable.
If diagnostics or repairs become more time-consuming than expected, our technician will check in with the client for approval before continuing with additional billable work.
Additional diagnostics and/or labor beyond the initial service visit may be billed separately, plus parts as applicable, and only with client approval.
Fall blowout season
Typically offered September 23 through October 31
Blowout pricing:
1 to 4 zones: $129
5 to 8 zones: $139
9 to 12 zones: $149
13 to 16 zones: $219
17 to 20 zones: $279
21+ zones: Custom pricing required

If additional issues are found during an activation or blowout, some follow-up work may need to be scheduled for a separate visit depending on the scope of the issue, parts availability, and the day’s route schedule.
Any follow-up repair visits are billed separately based on time, labor, and parts as applicable.

- Clients must provide access to the controller, valves, backflow device if applicable, and water supply
- Gates must be unlocked and pets secured before service
- Hidden issues may sometimes be discovered once the system is running
