For homeowners who want a more proactive approach, our Proactive Irrigation Plan is designed to help catch issues earlier, stay ahead of seasonal needs, and reduce the stress of managing the sprinkler system throughout the year.

Seasonal visit timing is based on weather, site conditions, and routing efficiency.

  • Spring Activation: April 27 – May 31

  • Mid-Season Checkup #1: June 15 – July 31

  • Mid-Season Checkup #2: August 1 – September 20

  • Fall Blowout / Winterization: September 23 – October 31

Plan Pricing

Clients who pre-pay for the full program by April 1 receive a 4% pre-pay discount.

  • 1–4 zones: $544 total or 6 monthly payments of $90.67

  • 5–8 zones: $564 total or 6 monthly payments of $94.00

  • 9–12 zones: $584 total or 6 monthly payments of $97.33

  • 13–16 zones: $724 total or 6 monthly payments of $120.67

  • 17–20 zones: $844 total or 6 monthly payments of $140.67

  • 21+ zones: Custom pricing

How billing works:

6 monthly payments drafted on the 1st of each month from April through September, unless prepaid in full.

No separate route reservation fee.
If accepted before April 1, the first payment drafts April 1.
If accepted on or after April 1, the first payment is due upon acceptance.

Do I need to be a mowing client to enroll in the Proactive Irrigation Plan?

No. Irrigation services are available to both current clients and new standalone irrigation customers.

What is included in the Proactive Irrigation Plan?

The plan includes:

  • Spring activation
  • Two mid-season checkups

  • Priority scheduling

What happens during the mid-season checkups?

Each checkup includes a full system review, including zone operation, coverage, leak checks, and identification of any issues or improvements.

Are repairs included in the plan?

Each mid-season checkup includes up to 60 minutes of diagnostics and minor repairs. Additional work beyond that is billed separately with client approval.

What is the benefit of the plan compared to one-time service?

The plan is designed for homeowners who want a more proactive, structured approach to irrigation, helping catch issues earlier and reduce the need for reactive repairs.

Important Service Details

If additional issues are found during an activation or blowout, some follow-up work may need to be scheduled for a separate visit depending on the scope of the issue, parts availability, and the day’s route schedule.

Any follow-up repair visits are billed separately based on time, labor, and parts as applicable.

  • Irrigation services are scheduled by route and service area
  • Exact appointment times are not guaranteed
  • Clients must provide access to the controller, valves, backflow device if applicable, and water supply
  • Gates must be unlocked and pets secured before service
  • Hidden issues may sometimes be discovered once the system is running
